Shipping Information
Orders received by 1:00 pm Central Time will be shipped same day via UPS ground (3-5 days depending on location) service from Minneapolis.
All shipping charges are shown upon check-out. Use the email notification that your order has shipped as your receipt, it will include total charges.
NEXT DAY SHIPPING: If you need Next-Day shipping, please put your request in the comments field when you are reviewing your order to check out. You will be charged the additional cost upon shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: This web site does not calculate the shipping cost for international shipping. Your order total at check out will not include freight. Please call or e-mail HOKCustServ@impactgroup.us for a shipping estimate on international orders.
Returns
For assistance with all returns please contact Customer Service at 952-278-7804 or HOKCustServ@impactgroup.us Returns will be accepted within 30 days from invoice date. Item must be in the same condition as purchased. All software purchases must be unopened and have wrapping intact.

CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS NEEDED! In order to use your credit card, you will NEED to input the correct billing address for the card.
Your credit card will be billed by Business Impact Group. This is the name that will appear on your credit card statement.
