All shipping charges will be added to the purchase when the order ships. Your total price at checkout does not include shipping charges. Use the email notification that your order has shipped as your receipt, it will include total charges.
Orders received by 1:00 pm Central Time will be shipped same day via UPS ground service from Minneapolis.
If you need Next-Day shipping, please put your request in the comments field when you are reviewing your order to check out. Orders need to be placed by 12:00pm Central time to be available to go next day service.
Larger Orders -- If you want to order more of an item than the available quantity shown, please fill in the quantity you want, but also include a note in the general comments box, or call the customer service number listed above.
Pick-up Orders – All orders can be picked up at 2411 Galpin Court Suite 120 Chanhassen, MN 55317, Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm. Please select the ‘pick-up’ option under the Select a Shipping Address – Address Type drop down. Please allow at least 2 hours before arriving to pick up your order. Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. CST can be picked up the same day. Any order placed after 1:00 p.m. will have to be picked up the following morning at 10:00 a.m.. Returns
At Business Impact Group (BIG), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us. As always, BIG will stand behind all defective garments 100%. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.
Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
